Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and discovered at my next oil change elsewhere that they never even changed the oil filter. They proceeded to lie to me about the brand of filter they used. This place will never see another vehicle of mine and I will make sure anyone I know doesn’t go there as well. 3 complaints filed with head office fell on deaf ears. Avoid this place like the plague.

Why do they need a driver license for oil change? No one ever ask me before driver to change oil so I left.
Went there yesterday for a oil change the guy doing the oil change didn't show me the oil when he started and didn't show me when he was done so I checked it today and it is still really dirty and above the line on the dip stick so he must not of let it drain fully
