About a month ago I went into Valvoline for an oil change and coolant top off. My low coolant light was on so I specifically asked for it. After “the service” the low coolant light was still on but the guy at the front desk assured me that it was probably faulty. 1000 miles later and I’m stuck on a dirt road off the highway because my vehicle had overheated.
