About a month ago I went into Valvoline for an oil change and coolant top off. My low coolant light was on so I specifically asked for it. After āthe serviceā the low coolant light was still on but the guy at the front desk assured me that it was probably faulty. 1000 miles later and Iām stuck on a dirt road off the highway because my vehicle had overheated. I was so thankful to see a familiar face still working there, professionalism and courtesy is top knotch, and I love the changes to the lobby which includes an additional seating area with table and a Keurig with many drink options for my wait (nice, nice touch). Of course, my business will continue.Ā
Ā RecommendedThis Is a very friendly and comfortable place to get your oil changes. Always decorated, magazines to read and an all around great place. The remodel makes the lobby more comfortable. With the quick service and little wait time, I totally recommend Brown Brothers Lube and Oil!Ā
