Scratched the passenger door of my vehicle and when I called the kid I talked to told me that I should have washed it myself at home.
I have always had a great experience here but today was exceptional—- every person took extra care to make my car look like new— such a cold day and they didnt miss a beat or a spot
This place is great!! Staff is wonderful and my car always looks great!! I would highly recommend anyone coming it!!

If you're anywhere near Chagrin Falls, or even if you're not, this is by far the BEST car wash in the Cleveland area! Many kudos to the staff at the Chagrin Auto Spa for an outstanding job!!! Great price, excellent service, incredible technology, and they shine the tires and hand-dry the vehicle after every wash! Worth every penny!!!
Like to go here because it;s close to home. Don't like having to rewash myself because of all the areas they miss.
