Very friendly automechanics. Quick and easy service.
Don't send your wife to get a basic oil change at this location! They will up-sale like crazy. Had my wife come in for a basic oil change ($40-$60) and she left paying $132..most of which could have easily been done. They didn't offer any good advice or walk through everything. They just replaced things and gave her the amount due. These technicians, mainly their manager, have horrible customer service. We will never pay for service with Valvoline Express Care again. Super great and friendly service from the time I got out of my car to the time I left. I had an oil change done, and because of some of the other reviews about females going in for service, I was expecting them to try to push other "needed" products/ services on me. I was ready because my car is only 2 months old, but they didn't exactly what I asked filled the washer fluid & checked other fluids and gave it an 'a-ok'. I also love that you get a free carwash! I will definitely be back!
