Mustang Elite Car Wash & Lube is great for a first-timer. I just moved to the area and obviously had need for a car wash and oil change. I went to Mustang and received fabulous treatment. Of course there was a line but the staff took my car into the lube center prior to the wash and invited me to spend time in their immaculately clean waiting area. Mustang Elite Car Wash & Lube is Awesome I went in for a wash and a carpet shampoo and I realized I left my purse at home. They remembered me from previous visits and were so nice about it. They finished the wash and cleaned my carpets and just told me to come back later that day. I did and now I am a customer for life. The new owners take customer service very seriously and I really appreciate it.

Nice Car Wash I saw this review and felt it necessary to respond. I went into this wash with an expired coupon in January and didn't have an issue with redemption at all. As a matter of fact the cashier not only accepted it but also explained that there was a more current coupon available that would save me even more money. Mustang Elite Car Wash Under New Ownership The Mustang Elite Car Wash is under new ownership. I seriously doubt that you would find that problem if you went there today. Mustang Elite is owned and operated by a local family and they take customer satisfaction extremely serious! It is clearly obvious that their vision for the business is very different than the previous owners. For the best wash and service around you really should check it out!
RUDE PUNKS AT THIS LAME CAR WASH.. I HAD A COUPON FOR A "FREE" CAR WASH. IT WAS ONE DAY EXPIRED, SO I CALLED AND THEY SAID NO PROBLEM. WHEN I ARRIVED, I WAS HASSLED BY NO LESS THAN TWO PUNKS WHO DIDN'T WANT TO HONOR THE COUPON. FINALLY AFTER GIVING ME 5 MINUTES OF HASSLE......THEY RELUCTANTLY AGREED TO GIVE ME THE WASH. THEN THEY INSISTED I BUY AN OVERPRICED WASH, NOT WHAT I WANTED. THIS PLACE IS LAME, CRAPPY, AND FULL OF RUDE EMPLOYEES. WHAT JERKS.
Oil change and a wash! Mustang Elite is the best car wash around. They are new so maybe that is why they have the best equipment and my car is SPOTLESS when it comes out. They hand dry and when you get the works, they vaccum out the inside, do the windows, the interior, everything. I have been so impressed with how clean they can get even the dirtest cars. Gotta love the fre car wash deal! We liked this place for the free car wash truthfully! The oil changes were competetively priced, so why not get a car wash at the same time? Of course I was always suckered into a more expensive wash. But it was worth it. Staff was very nice, waiting area clean... though coudl be smoking smelling. Wait was never too long. Would definatly recommend. And such a deal if you have the PassBook!
