The last two times I brought my vehicle here for an oil change, they failed to tighten the drain plug, resulting in a leak. After the second visit, I noticed the leak again and returned to the shop specifically to have them check the drain plug. They swore nothing was wrong and sent me on my way. Doubting their word, I got under the car myself and found the plug was noticeably loose.
