I have been going to this location for years for oil changes. The last time there was someone new who did the oil change and they did not install the filter correctly. All the oil drained out of my car and damaged the engine. I reported it to the store immediately and with their cooperate office. They called me yesterday to inform that the only thing they will do is reimburse me for the oil change. I'll get reimbursed $30 for a $3,000 mistake?
