SUPER OVERPRICED! They charged me 40 dollars for an oil change and another 29 for the oil!
I went in for an oil change 9/8/20. The gentlemen called me outside to tell me that my hood trim was broken and that it was already broken when I got there and it wouldn’t stay on. I said I’ll tell my husband. We went back an hour later and spoke to the manager and they said they would tell the owner bc if the part wouldn’t stay on when I left then it clearly wouldn’t have been on when I got there. Have a 2015 f-350 I usually go to the location in ennis. I pay $20 something for air filter in ennis and today Waxahachie location charged me $70 something. Needless to say I won’t be going back.
Went in for a inspection and oil change. After an hour oil change done and was checked out, when asked for inspection paper work - no one knew that I needed an inspection - even after I told two different people when I brought my car in. Then they asked for 5 minutes to do the inspection, after 30 minutes I was checked out again, because I had to get in line again.
