Would have gave a 5 but when I call the night before to make sure you have my filter in stock Motorcraft 500s and was told 2 in stock and say I will be there first thing in the morning and you didn't have the filter and then have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to have it delivered is not good. I called at 5:45. I said if you didn't have it I would go get one so I would not have to wait. I am glad you gave me 10.00 off my oil change . Overall a great place with great employees.
