New to the area, was assisted by Mario. He was incredibly helpful, honest, was straight to the point and got me in and out quickly with my oil change. He definitely has my business. It's sad to say that it can be scary as a woman having to to to these types of businesses. Anything related to cars. My experience in the past, is that women fall vulnerable to being ripped off and over charged. I recently had some work done at a popular oil change service change. They had to change my brake fluid but didn't properly tighten my brake calipers leaving them leaking. I ran out of fluid heading up the 10 and was lucky enough to crawl into this shop. They were more than helpful to spend their time to address the situation. They tried to add brake fluid for a quick fix but ultimately the brakes had to be bled. Just the fact that they tried for a quick fix instead of a sale is impressive. Shout to the team! But specifically Mario!!!! He is fast and wants to get you going, but his kindness is wonderful. He reminds me of my dad! Kind noble humble. Thank you Mario for being such a cool kind person they truly have the right people working there bummed to see the negatives comments because all the guys there are nice you lost a customer but gain a better one see you in July that’s if I listen and don’t drive too much all my respect!
