I've never been to Valvoline before, so this is my first experience with a drive-thru car shop. I've got to say, I'm super impressed! The service was very quick, super convenient (you don't even have to get out of your car!), and incredibly friendly! Even though I came in for an oil change and regular maintenance, they found an issue with my skid plate. Another car shop had fastened it with zip ties, ugh.
