This location has been taken care of me and my business vehicles for years! Alway quick and always professional! In the rare circumstances there is a issue they happily resolve it! 5 stars!
Recommended***UPDATE*** Spoke with Chris the manager again, issue has been resolved. Chris met me at the GM dealership in Waco (on his vacation day) and stayed at GM with me until my truck was running correctly again. Have driven several hundred miles since and glad to report truck is running like a top. Situation has been inconvenient for all involved but we did get the issue resolved. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Sign or state inspections say 830 to 530 and when I showed up at 2:20 he told me they weren’t doing them until 3 PM and yet there were several others available to work. There was no sign saying when they take a lunch break from state inspections.The same thing happened to my mom back in December 2019. I do not recommend this place and I hope they go out of business.
let's just say a certain person at this location has a swelled head and little man syndrome! who cares more about how much money he can get out of each of his customers. and less about making sure the customer is greeted probably, satisfied with the service and leaving with sence of personal care an informed visit!!!
I used to never come here because frankly the service was terrible and the employees rude. I was blown away today! Not only did the tech understand what was making my truck run bad, (something my dealership either couldn’t or wouldn’t tell me) he offered a reasonably priced solution that in fact fixed the problem! Found my new preventative maintenance shop! Highly recommend.
Great and quick service. In and out in less than 20 minutes yesterday. Guys were very efficient and super nice! Did my inspection, aired tires, vacuumed inside. Just overall great service which I really appreciated!
they are awesome. super fast and even did a quick vacuum on my car while changing the oil! super friendly as well. I will definitely be coming back.
