I use this place every time I need an oil change. The guys are great, friendly, and have answered any questions I've had respectfully.
I had my oil changed at a Prompto just about a week ago. All of a sudden today, I started getting notifications that my oil was low and I needed to add a quart. I thought that was strange since I had just had the oil changed, but I added a quart. After about an hour of driving, I got a message again that my oil was low and this time, I noticed that there was oil under my car, confirming a leak.
