I called ahead and told them what I had for a vehicle and what engine I had. They quoted me $110 on the phone. I drove over within a half an hour and had my oil changed. They charge me $160. I took my subaru to them to get my oil changed. Right after pulling out i noticed my car wasn't running normally. So the next day I went back because I my check engine light came on. And they had over filled my car with oil. So went back and heard them mention find out what my car takes for transmission fluid and how much should be in there. I use this place every time I need an oil change. The guys are great, friendly, and have answered any questions I've had respectfully.
I had my oil changed at a Prompto just about a week ago. All of a sudden today, I started getting notifications that my oil was low and I needed to add a quart. I thought that was strange since I had just had the oil changed, but I added a quart. After about an hour of driving, I got a message again that my oil was low and this time, I noticed that there was oil under my car, confirming a leak.
