Last 3 times I needed oil changed they were understaffed, or nobody was there to open the store.
I went for a basic service and representative tried to upsell me on services that were not needed. When I questioned him he became very rude.
The guys there are great! Stopped in there yesterday, always a pleasure talking with Aaron and the guys.
I have used express care oil change in Girard PA numerous times. They are reasonable, quick, knowledgeable and very friendly. They are my go to for any oil changes and I highly recommend them to anyone.
They never changed the oil and topped off oil after saying it was half quart low. Ended up putting full oil change in causing the car to drown in oil and have all check engine on, miss firing, and car to smoke oil, car had over 9 quarts of oil in it after taking it in 4/16/25. Terrible and never will be going back. They need to pay attention. Because this caused alot of issues
