Best customer service and work fast. A little expensive but you get what you pay for.
WOW! This store is cleaner and much more organized than my last visit. I got to meet the new manager Chris, he is an impressive customer service guy. I know Chris and his team will continue to deliver great service, I will be back!
Honestly I do not recommend this place if you are a young woman. I came in for a simple oil change and was met with constant upselling that quickly turned into a $230 bill. I’ll own that I agreed to one of the services, but I did so trusting that the recommendations were honest and truly needed. The staff was not honest or clear about what actually needed to be done and made unnecessary services sound urgent. The focus felt more on selling add-ons than providing a straightforward oil change. Phillip was so helpful and got my bulb indicator changed right away. Even though he was understaffed, he was able to solve the issue I had without too much problem.
