They did their job but I had to sit there and listen to unprofessional chatter and the one guy kept loudly burping. Don't know if I'll be back to this location. I guess I'll have to drive a few more miles and go to the ashtabula store.
Do not bring your car here! My husband brought his vehicle there and then he noticed oil spots in the driveway after. He brought it back up there and they had neglected to tighten the drain cap when he got the oil change. I brought my car there about a week later, there were some immature, very unprofessional young people working there and they were going back and forth like two 12 year old siblings fighting. There was a long wait, but the service seemed fine. Until I went to another auto shop where they realized oil had been spilled all underneath the hood, putting my engine at risk. Now I have to pay $181 to get the oil cleaned up. I won’t ever go back to a Valvoline.
