My son’s first experience was not what I would expect. He took his Toyota Tacoma in for a basic oil change. They changed the oil and left the old filter in it. Charged him over $90.00 to just drain the oil. Told him it was reusable. They might have reusable cartridge filters but his is not. Very disappointed of a local business.
Great service! Staff was friendly & quick. Isaac was very polite and professional when I came in and took excellent care of my family car. I will be back for sure! Great to have in the area.
They did their job but I had to sit there and listen to unprofessional chatter and the one guy kept loudly burping. Don't know if I'll be back to this location. I guess I'll have to drive a few more miles and go to the ashtabula store.
