When an mechanical error was made directly related to the faulty workmanship done by employees and should be addressed Valvolines supervisor. I went in for a routine oil change and left with a possible blown head gasget. Not only will this particular supervisor not return my inquiries but believes in hanging up the phone on customers.

Excellent customer service, Fred changed my oil, filter,checked my fluid levels made a helpful suggestion, but didn't put pressure on me to buy things that I wasn't prepared or intending to buy. Thank You Fred! I would recommend and revisit this location again!
