Pulled in with 1 truck in the bay being serviced, 1 truck in the 2nd bay, and another waiting to be serviced in bay 2. Gentlemen walked up and scanned my VIN and said it would be 10-15 minutes, as they were training someone new. After 20 minutes, and watching them roll the 3rd vehicle into bay 2 I asked how much longer I was going to wait.
