My truck had 0 oil and they forgot to check the coolant which was full of oil and they serviced my vehicle and still charged me knowing they were on the wrong and we're not supposed to fill my truck with oil after having a blown gasket. That oil has to get dumped and I still got charged for their mistake. I was a long time customer at Take 5 oil and now im staying away from this place. I even told them that my oil psi was extremely low yet they proceeded to service it. They are supposed to do an inspection.
Says on my paperwork that they checked my tires and cleaned my windshield which they did NOT. Every Take 5 I've gone to also checks my cabin filter, they did not. I was the only customer at the shop. These employees and clearly the owner are extremely lazy. Terrible customer service and attitude.
Took my new to me vehicle in to this location for the first time I have owned this car. The gentleman working on my vehicle did the best he could. He was a one man show while his "boss" was in the office. It took over 40 minutes for the oil change to be completed. There was one car behind me and 2 others showed up and waited for a bit and then eventually left. The young "boss" should have come out to help the gentleman changing my oil. Excellent friendly service. Checked everything I asked and advised appropriately. We felt very welcome and cared for.
