These people are absolutely unprofessional and seem like scammers. Not only do they add certain fees that are not on your bill when you pay in person, the customer service in person is absolutely horrible. They make up rules as they go and rules change depending on the person you’re dealing with. Right now we’re dealing with the on-site manager who carried on a 20 min phone conversation without even saying I’ll be with you one moment or any acknowledgment. Love this storage building my wife and I have 2 storage units in it. The security is good and the best thing about it is it's heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer.
