Stayed overnight to catch morning international flight next day - so much more convenient to train than airport hotels. We got a room upgrade - v clean and fresh - with a balcony (fresh air) and not at all noisy on a Fri night. Quite a few cafes/restaurants/pubs within a 10 min walk or 1 train stop back to Central. Staff were v pleasant and friendly and helpful.

The hotel’s location is convenient, being very close to the subway station, which is definitely a plus. However, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The blanket provided was quite thin and not placed in a proper duvet cover, but rather between two sheets, which felt less hygienic. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, and basic toiletries such as a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided. The cleanliness of the room could also be improved. Value Clean! Clean rooms, toilet, basic room, kitchen facilities, and great breakfast, fruits & two 24 hr exceptional coffee machines. That's all you need for a great stay ( not the fancy gym, restaurants, swimming pool of bigger hotels, that you hardly use). Oh and Woolworths supermaket (till 11pm daily), eateries next to it, and Train Station (with Direct Airport line - 3 stops away), all few steps away. Staff efficient & friendly. Perfect.

I stayed for 3 nights, the last night before I left, I asked the counter if I could put my baggage here for the weekends since I would be flying to Melbourne for 2 days, he said yes, no problem. The next morning I checked out, the manager at the counter said “no” to me! Their policy kept changing and it changed at the last minutes which is inconvenience for travelers.
