Stayed over there for 3 days at the time of checkin i was lied to by the receptionist there named ujjawal . I explained it to him that your website shows $10 deposit but he clearly lied to my face saying no the website is wrong we charge $50 and on top of that he denied price match from trip.com which is an authentic website . This kind of service is unacceptable
The room was generally clean, but quite warm and humid, with poor soundproofing—I could hear the guest next door snoring through the connecting door. The bed also kept moving because of the wheels underneath, and the sheet was too small for the mattress. The receptionist at check-in was impatient with me but noticeably friendlier to the guests after me. On the positive side, free coffee is available on the ground floor all day.
