Fraudulent and or careless work, and failure to re-examine and acknowledge errors. Jim Smith visited our home to complete an appraisal. 5 days later the appraisal report came back with numerous errors in measurements, many being a foot and a half or more discrepancies. I videoed myself taking the same measurements Jim falsified on his report and they were sent to Jim.
