Several times I’ve not been picked up for scheduled rides for clinical appointments I have. I have met some nice drivers from their company, but it is ridiculous when this happens! The drivers apparently fall asleep because of the long hours they work, and then miss people’s appointments! Terrible.

Squad crew was very kind and made my son laugh to help relieve his anxiety. They treated us like family and were very caring and helpful! We have had this crew twice and they have been the very best ambulance crew we have had (TJ and Damian). Additionally, dispatcher Bailey was very helpful with a situation we had when we left my son’s Beats headphones in the ambulance by mistake. What an awesome group of people and we can’t thank you all enough!!

This agency was very, not only professional caring, efficient and timely, but their stuff is absolutely amazing. Every single thing person I encountered during my recovery was very genuine. Well-trained and genuine.
