It was a last-minute decision to pop in and just see what options they had. I had bought a refurbished Steelcase Leap from Amazon but it arrived in poor condition. I tried a refurbished Aeron off Amazon and it came with holes in the back mesh and the seat mesh had not been properly tensioned, so I kept sagging and it was cutting into my legs - very uncomfortable.
