We were told by a store employee to not come back because of how we looked. This is one of our favorite thrift stores and we come here super often. We went into one of the dressing rooms after 8, which we didn't realize wasn't allowed because one of them was in use when we swapped with the person inside. We tried to explain this, but then an employee, I believe her name was Martha, told us that this store is a "family establishment" and that we shouldn't come back because of how we were dressed. The employee blatantly lied to me and told me I could return something within seven days. He does not know the English language and a “return”means you can return the item for cash. An exchange is when you can only exchange the item for other items in the store. He told me I can return it within seven days. I come back in two days and he tells me I can only exchange it meaning he told me wrong because he does not know the difference between a return and exchange.
