Terrible customer focused service. They seem to count a 1 min glance at your pet an examination. When I told them I didn’t request that, they threatened to withhold vaccines for the services I actually needed if I didn’t pay for the exam. Never again!

Went in for heart worm, paid for test, out meds of stock, no one returns inquires for RX orders, won’t verify via phone for 1800petmeds.
I have been visiting Value Vet since I moved to Nashville in 2008 - they have always been super kind and courteous, especially with my older kitty who is a frequent flyer. All my pets have always received excellent care. Highly recommend!

I got home from work yesterday and sat on the couch I was upset from what we went threw last Wednesday with our fur baby Jaimen. My mother in law hands me an envelope in a shape of a card. When I seen who it was from I started to cry and when opened the card I was crying even more by the kind words from everyone that knew and took cared of him when he had his surgery last year and they was there last week when it had came back. We sent our fur baby Stormi to heaven today. It was such a difficult decision. They worked with us for months to help her and gave us options. They are the kindest staff and gave her a gentle passing. Thank You Value Vet Staff.
Too bad there is no way to give a NO STAR rating for this company, they are more than willing to see your baby when they are giving a vaccine but when your baby gets sick they have no time and will not try to work you in. My baby is 17 months old and has went to them since he was 7 weeks but no more if you don't care if he is sick you will never see him on a good day either.
