A Man of His Word - The Owner Made a Rough Situation Manageable Could not have had a better experience with FELIX (the Owner). I suspect he may come off as gruff to some because his business model is based on the number of jobs he can complete on any given day. If your job takes longer than necessary and that wasted time is a direct result of your lack of a sense of urgency, I do not blame him for getting a little impatient.
