Owner honored price he quoted on phone. He gave me the two tires with a different tread though. Car is driving alright so far. I found him very non customer friendly. Last time I got tires there replaced all four an d when I handed my credit card to the male cashier he charged me more than owner had told me on the phone. He said if I paid cash I would get the better price. Asked him why he wasn't doing that this time and he just said they stopped discounting for cash.
