Terrible service—they charged me $950, yet my tax refund still hasn't arrived, and when I call the number, no one answers.

This morning at 9:01 a young lady opens the the door to let me in NO hi,hello or good morning just attitude from the door all over her face.so I ask was Shawn here?before I could finish my sentence she said NO! with an attitude.
