Kayla is great!
This store delayed my friends moving plans and really messed up our schedule. Apparently the lady was quite rude at first but I was later informed that she turned it around at the end. Therefore I’m changing my review from 1 star to 3. However I still don’t appreciate the wasting of my time due to this locations inability to get a U-Haul rented out in a respectable account of time.
