The counter staff was both friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they do not carry much in the way of moving supplies. I was looking to purchase padded moving blankets as well as 2 and 4 wheel moving dollies. They do not carry any of these items and I had to go elsewhere.
We did a one trip from Norfolk VA to Lakeville MA. U-HAUL contacted us before our move and everything was waiting for us when we arrived. Great people to deal with. Dropping off was the same great experience. Definitely recommend both these places to rent from! Also used the U-HAUL in VA to hire movers. Great guys, hard workers. Overall great experience! Lakeville site even gave us 2 ice cold waters as we left!
Made my Uhual experience quick and easy. I will only rent from here from now on.
