Alan was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions in detail over the phone and in person. Location is very clean, smells good and secure.
Alan was great with helping my aunt today, answering all of her questions nicely and without rushing. Made her feel comfortable and made sure she got what she needed and understood everything.
Alan is probably the kindest person I've done any type of business with in quite sometime. Renting a storage unit from his facility was easy and quick with no complications. I would highly recommend this storage facility. It has smaller to very nice sized storage units for any type of need.
