Booked a reservation and per instructions to wait for a phone call to set up storage unit to be used. Never received a call or email when it was still same business day Friday. Now get email Memorial Day my reservation is gonna expire. Not gonna use this place and found somewhere better.
What great storage
Aramis the property manager is super helpful, kind and professional. He went out of his way to help me secure a second storage space and even helped me opening the door to my current space that was stuck. Very reliable staff , safe and clean facility. Highly recommend it!
