This is a review for Value Storage on Commonwealth Ave. In MA: This property is the best run storage facility I have encountered. Super clean! Well organized and the service is top notch. Chris and his staff were courteous and helpful. Without hesitation , I recommend it. This is my fifth month here, today I just changed to a different unit in the facility, the process was easy and casual. Great Job!!

Our experience at this storage facility was excellent. Their representative, John, a kind South Asian man, was very detailed, organized, and thorough. He answered all of our questions and even asked us questions we didn’t think about when we were bringing in some bulky items! We are delighted the prices were so reasonable compared to other units and especially how accommodating he was as we were booking a unit last minute. We look forward to our continuing contract here.
