Horrible customer service, My fiancee came into contact with a bat in the facility and Value Self Storage is refusing to return voice mail messages. The health department is involved and they also are not receiving messages back. My fiancee had to receive the rabies vaccine for precautions. We do not recommend this Storage. It is also very dirty,lock on door with pin number is never fully locked. Lights do not work correctly.

Awesome units for a very reasonable rate. The only thing I'd say that's a put off are the bathrooms, kinda nasty (not smelly just undermanaged).
I love using Value Storage for storaging my things at. They have very friendly staff to help you with your storage needs and questions. As long as I live in Fond Du Lac I will always use Value Storage for my needs.
