This company is so great to deal with! Myrna is amazing at her job and she’s always so polite and super efficient! I order mugs for sublimation and the packaging is so great, I have never had an issue with anything being damaged. Thank you guys so much for always dealing with my chaos wonderfully!

Terrible after service, only about sales, once they get your money, unless you’re spending more money with them, they’re of no help. They also sell you as much as possible even if it doesn’t make sense for your business. Don’t buy from them.
We have purchased over 5 machines now from Value-rite for our business, and they are the only place we go to! Our rep Pablo has been absolutely amazing with customer service, set up, support and any tech issues that come up. Having his help and assistance has kept our production going at all times, because of his prompt responses and knowledge. We have dealt with many other companies in the industry and they do not even come close to the level of service we receive from Value-rite.
