Jay and Pablo are amazing people always there to help. Value Rite helped us when we needed our printers head changed. Cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend pricing is transparent than other vendors.
This is probably long over due. Pablo and Jay are great guys to deal with compared to other suppliers and companies i have dealt with. We bought a 2 color dtf printer 3-4yrs ago. The service we get from them are awesome, from the time i bring up an issue with Pablo. He responds within minutes to let you know he has seen your msg. Update - April 27, 2026 - I continue to have a great experiences with this company. Recently tried their shipping and it was fantastic! Arrived the very next day and was well packaged. Everyone here has been a pleasure to work with. I’ve been here a few times now. This place is amazing. Not only do they have great products but amazing people who are so helpful. Special shoutout to Jay & Myrna!!
