The best customer service ever Drew Eddie and Lindsey are amazing
It's Saturday September 27, 25 and it's day 3 without a working toilet. They seem to be having an issue with the maintenance guy not showing up. They are hoping he comes in on Monday which will make it day 5 without a toilet. As a former Hotel manager in Reno Nevada for 12years I find this extremely unacceptable. How does this maintenance guy still have a job? Why are there no on call maintenance services. Even a simple handyman from Angie's list would be an acceptable backup plan. I was typing so fast and made plenty typos. I was on the second floor last time. This time I was on the first floor next to the white guy.... Y'all there ELEVATOR IS BROKEN!!!!! NOT BE REPAIRED UNTIL MID OCTOBER! BE AWARE. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TELL YOU THIS UNTIL YOU SHOW UP!!!!
Made the reservation 3 days before checking in , asked the clerk if the hotel had an elevator. Her reply was yes, checking in the guy at the counter swiped my card to pay. Then when I asked for a luggage dolly he says the elevator doesn’t work!! I honestly believe it was on purpose. The elevator was out when I made the reservation but the lady didn’t tell me that! Poor customer service! Poor cleaning, cob webs in the room. I won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone else either!
Loved it!!!? Both Lady and Gentlemen are very nice and courteous. I will be returning soon 😁
