I didn't want to give a review. However when I walked in my room the bed had hair in it as if they didn't change the sheets, the floor wasn't swept and there was roaches crawling around. We went to the desk to ask for another room they was booked so we asked for a refund. Commenting to the reply from the hotel left on my wife's review. We went on the 29th of March, so for almost 2 weeks, she tried to handle the situation with you all directly before making a review. The room was not inspected while we were there, so that is irrelevant. She received the refund on the 11th, yes, after she left the review. Before that, she was consistently told the refund was processed, but just so happens after she made the review, the refund was processed. Overall it was okay for what I needed , only issue was the room was funky and fridge was old and wore out with rust all over it and I noticed roaches
