I really appreciate all the staff at this woodspring hotel. They are all really incredible people and very helpful when necessary. The rooms are clean and so is the hotel itself.
I have never cared enough about a hotel to write a review before, positive or negative, but this one was so bad I am baffled it has above 3 stars at the time of writing. I will preface that we were put in this hotel for three nights by our employer, who disregarded the bad reviews due to it being near our job site. First floor had a funky smell throughout it. Safety lock for our door was broken off. We found dead bugs in our room, & our mattress covers had stains.
