Wonderful staff. Clean rooms.
Worthless staff that have anger issues and are miserable people. Come here if you want to be abused by staff and belittled. Worthless do not stay here
Comfortable and clean room. I did not see any bugs anywhere inside the building. Beds are on metal frame about 6” off the floor (not on a pedestal) so great for handicapped people that might use lift equipment. Bring your own cookware and eating utensils and dishes/plates if you plan to cook in the room. If you’re a coffee drinker bring your own pot, filters, cups and anything else you want. The floors of the room were very dirty. There was black smudging around and in between the cracks of the floor panels. The kitchen vent was horribly dirty and neglected. I cannot imagine cooking there. Unsanitary and disgusting. The front desk lady in training was wonderful—— the person training her was less than friendly. I Booked a 3 night stay, first night I realized the A/C was not working how it should. I went up to front desk to ask for a different room front desk employee Jose refused to change rooms and told me to turn it off and back on.. I did that and it was still blowing warm air out.. he said he could not change rooms at 10pm and expected me to sleep in a hot room. I left the property and booked else where now the General manager Jessica refuses to give me a full refund even though I was only there for 8 hours. Very unprofessional... read more
