Je vous déconseille de cet hôtel wifi fonctionne pas me sol est sale et collant,lit et draps sont propre lit propre mais l'état de la chambre est inacceptable
I only stayed for two days , and the experience was not good, althought the locacion was very convinience, the place was horrible it was dirty and smells bad, the toilet did not have water to flush out, and we found two spiders, the towels were so old, and we did not receive room service at all.
Easy check in, accessible location. Location makes up for lack of onsite amenities. Front desk was nice and quick. After a long day of traveling, every second counts during check in. Rooms are livable with lots of open face shelving.
I stayed at the WoodSpring hotel for 2 days while visiting the KC area from KU, and honestly this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The service was terrible, and the front desk staff treated me like I was some kind of animal begging for food. They had a very rude attitude and were not welcoming at all. This hotel does NOT deserve a 5-star rating. The place also felt dirty and poorly maintained.
