This was the worst experience ever. It first started off with our bathroom not working properly. We waited over 6 hours for maintenance guy to arrive: the room was nasty and not in good condition. We got locked of our own room. Even front desk could not help us. They tried getting in with their master and emergency key and were not successful. We had to wait till next morning to get in our room. All our belongings were in the room. On top of that the room they put us in temporarily had cockroaches, and was so dirty. We had t... read more
Roaches in the room and in the refrigerators, frigerator does not work. No no ice machine. Light switches does not working
David the manager, really helped my husband & I out. We had to go back home a 7 hour drive & come back the next day and we got here late to recheck in. DAVID really made our new booking easy and a little less than what we paid through Expedia because my husband works in the union with IBEW and only out here to work for a while. We miss our home in Memphis TN but David made sure our stay was very welcoming. The room was clean & very nice for just the 2 of us. Hands down this is a great place to stay. Canceled our reservation after telling us to show up an hour after check in time because the rooms might not be clean and then sold our room out from under us because someone supposedly came in and paid in cash absolutely ridiculous will never book this location again
