Staff very friendly went out of their way to help every thing was great

This hotel is FULL of roaches. We squished DOZENS of bugs. Sure, the front desk people were super friendly & helpful- but the cleanliness of the hotel doesn't make up for being nice. They need to replace their cleaning staff, and management- this place is GROSS.
