Check in was amazing, and even late arrival the clerk went above and beyond. Room was clean, and everything went well. Currently gathering things for check out, and I don’t understand the being awakened at 9:15 for an 11AM checkout! If I’m going to rebook I will do so! This is way too early to be knocking on someone’s door! It agitated me because I’m a driver and honestly was thinking about rebooking, but it angered me!
Good hotel for the money. Bed is hard pillows were fluffy and comfortable!
When my brother booked his room no one came to the desk to check him in and he then was marked as a no show. How is he a no show when he came and your people didn’t answer the phone? He even called corporate and they couldn’t get a hold of y’all……
Laundry isn't free, but the prices are really good. Rooms are plain. Rooms key has to be reset every two days semm like
