This place is falsely advertised as a hotel, but don’t be fooled — it’s far from it. From the moment we walked in, everything felt unhygienic and neglected. The room was in terrible shape: the mattress was old, uncomfortable, and clearly needed to be replaced long ago. The most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. As soon as you walk in it smelled terrible. When we returned to the room after being gone all day we walked in and there were roaches everywhere! The bathtub faucet leaked, the bathroom sink faucet leaked. The room they wanted to move us to the refrigerator was nasty, hadn’t been cleaned out! Will not be back. I did get my $100 deposit back. But had to pay for the night that we left, which was before the cutoff time of 10pm . Very dissatisfied
As soon as we walked in the place smelled TERRIBLE!! We got there late so we just went straight to sleep. Next morning woke up and left. Got back the 2nd night and there was roaches (A LOT OF THEM!) all over the floor!! I had some worn clothes on the floor and when I picked them up roaches scattered everywhere! Love the staff here always helpful always met with smiles and warm greetings. Have witness them going above and beyond for all patrons even when short staffed 24/7. Never had to ask more than once for anything. Someone is always available. Clean rooms. If I have to return next yr this will be my home away from home again. Long term guest. Half way threw 6mo stay.
Spoke with India found the facility to be cleaned and well maintained. Her professionalism was very good.
