recently stayed at extended stay in fort walton beach and overall, it was a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, The location was convenient, with easy access to The front desk lady shailey was a great help with anything i needed and india whose professionalism and warm demeanor made a real difference. They were visible, approachable, and attentive a sign of strong, hands-on management.

Disgusting facility and man who checked us in was very rude and disagreeable. $100 deposit for a $68 room was ridiculous. Red flag should have left right then. I expected a fee for bringing my dog but my friend had to pay the $100 deposit too. I took pictures of room to document all damaged areas in the event they don't want to return deposit. Only positive thing about the place was the shift change and a very perky woman replaced the previous manager.
