When I ordered this hotel it was off of Hopper. And it said it would have breakfast included. When you walk in the door there's like a little office. There is nowhere for breakfast, they did not serve breakfast. Soon as we walked in we go to the bathroom and there's two roaches in there. Other than that I mean it was a bed we could sleep in while we were out of town
Booked through Expedia and had to pay more because the room I booked for unavailable. Don’t expect a refrigerator. It was rusty and not useable. The front desk is rude. Blinds wouldn’t shut.

Late evening on Saturday September 13th, 2025, my friends from Thailand needed a room late this evening and could not drive to Niceville for personal reasons. Mike was very informative, had great knowledge of booking, explained to us step by step on how and when my friends were able to get the keys and enter their room.
