Love the staff here always helpful always met with smiles and warm greetings. Have witness them going above and beyond for all patrons even when short staffed 24/7. Never had to ask more than once for anything. Someone is always available. Clean rooms. If I have to return next yr this will be my home away from home again. Long term guest. Awful, the walls had smeared buggers, chipped paint, furniture falling apart, nasty smell as soon as you walk in to the room. The front desk lady was rude tried the phone to call the staff but didn’t work, luckily some lady staying here called someone. It’s unorganized, disgusting, and not worth the stay. one night is tooooo long anywhere but here. Night management needs to step up their game.
