I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at WoodSpring Suites. The room was clearly not sanitized dirty surfaces, stained linens, and an overall feeling of filth. The elevator was out of order, which made things even harder as I’m traveling with two small children. On top of that, the entire building reeks of smoke and other foul odors, making it feel unsafe and unhealthy to breathe, especially for young kids. Kathy on the front desk is the loveliest woman, and she is the best part of this hotel. Overall, it was a good hotel for the pricing.

The hotel appears warn out, elevator was working but we were told they are "Waiting on a part" but we shouldn't get stuck!. according to my partner, the room did not look like the picture online. She thought we were getting a king size bed, but it was a queen size bed. The bed was on a movable metal frame bed that squeaked every time we moved in it. There was a live roach in the small drawer.
