Stayed in room 410, it was the worst experience of my hotel rental history. First we were checked in by the so called manager who approached us like we were criminals asking for everyone's ID over 18 staying in the room and our license plate/description of our car okay. Never been asked for everyone's ID then I see a lady come out of hotel room area with her bedding who looked like she was homeless and on drugs. We were supposed to be there 8 to 10 days but left day 6 or 7. Our room had to be switched, lots of water damage especially in bathrooms. It is an extended stay but I was told housekeeping only goes to clean every 14 days which is ridiculous. I should have done my research better, but I won't be going back. As working in hospitality myself it was very low quality. I was extremely disappointed.
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! The only reason they are getting 1 star is because I have no choice, and because the young girl at rhe front desk that helped us on the day of the arrival was kind. We arrived into town early and they let us check in 30 minutes early which we appreciated. First off, parking lot is not kept and there is a huge dip that will damage your car if you come in through the side street, which is impossible to see when there's water present. 2nd, our room was a non-smoking.
