They have roaches. They won't give you $ back. They don't care
This is quite possibly the WORST hotel Ive ever seen. Incompetent staff that not only have no clue what they are doing but are rude and have no business being in a service industry. Room (and whole hotel for that matter) is absolutely disgusting. Bugs, hair, smell - not sure how this place is even remotely in business.
