Hello, I had a completely awful and unacceptable experience at your hotel before I could ever even consider checking in. I made a reservation through Priceline and when I arrived to check in at 8:45pm nobody was at the front desk to check my party in or any of the other two parties that were waiting to be checked in. I couldn't establish the internet connection and the old lady at the reception just said that's my problem...And I've booked for 5 days
They think they are above the law, refusing lodging to the blind because of having a Guide Dog.
BEWARE! This establishment in NOT guide dog friendly.
I knew this hotel was not going to be very new or clean but all the hotels in the area were sold out. I didn't realize that the cleanliness was the least of my worries. The management is terrible and unethical! He told his front desk staff to overcharge people regardless of what they booked it for. This place needs shut down. And nothing like having your bathroom door handle taped on with masking tape!
It's a pretty good value place. Clean rooms. Nuthing fancy but a good place for a quick nights sleep for cheap. And have an early check in time as well
