JB the manager and his staff are super friendly and helpful. The hospitality is top notch! Rooms were simple and clean, nothing extravagant but nice for the price you pay. We’ll be coming back again!
This place was a nightmare, they took over an hour to check me in, the little boy that checked me out the following day had a bad attitude after I told him the room was infested with co k roaches. They were everywhere, even dead ones smashed on the walls and floors from previous guests. After I made a complaint about the filth I was subjected to, that kid started with his bad attitude and kept my $150 deposit just because I complained. If you’re a fan of roaches and horrible customer service, this is the place for you. Not worth saving the money if you’re looking for a deal, I would’ve rather paid a little extra for a place that had some upkeep, clean rooms, some kind of guest services and somewhat safe to go outside. Horrible experience and should probably be condemned.
JB Quintana is an outstanding manager. Staff was so amazing always very helpful. Will come back in my next travel assignment. Again I can't say how amazing the staff was.
