Full.of cockroaches,, staff has cs service skills of a 2nd grader. The new dark haired mgr if a D+ at best at getting things done, there motto is it's not our fault if you don't like it, get out, and beware, if you check out by 11am, they will delay checking you out till 1101am to charge another day that comes out of your deposit. Roaches everywhere, if something gets broken or stolen and they are at fault, they tell you to get insurance which which no place will insure due to it being an extended stay.
The rooms and facilities in general are clean and well organized. The staff who assisted me were very professional, extremely courteous, and kind. The check-in and check-out process was quick and simple. The person at the front desk explained everything in detail, and the whole process was very fast. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. First of all, when I arrived in my room it smelled like throw, feet and sausage. Disgusting. Next, I couldn’t get comfortable because there was a ROACH in my room. They informed me I wouldn't be able to get my money back until I called back the next day. I still haven’t received my refund. Don’t stay here.
