Love everything about this place! I’ve lived here for over 2years and everything been great the staff are nice and friendly. No problems about my room. I say it’s a great place to stay.
The manager is extremely rude talking to their employees and delivery drivers really crazy! Also there's roaches crawling on the room doors. Yell at that! That poor employee was talked to so crazy today.

Please I have asked several times and begged your house cleaning ladies to just sweep and change my sheets and comforter and i can't get it done I know your short handed but hire more help its not lime your rooms are not almost always full and I know you said every 2 weeks that you would clean rooms but I've been here now a month and nothing has been done, do I not need to pay for my room again until you clean it ive done everything you have asked but your not doing wat you said, so we will see in morning if it gets done. I had the worst experience ever the receptionist lady that attended my mother in law and my pregnant wife kept asking for my son’s Social Security number and asked everybody that was with them for IDs when the lady in front of us was with her husband and never asked for the guys ID I hope you guys can fix this problem because this isn’t right this happened around 6:40pm 11/19/2025
