Horrible experience. I had bugs for the first time in 15 years. I called another company...no problems for six months. Then more bugs and I did a one year service with Value. The problem grew worse and worse--all the while they did their obligatory spraying. After near infestation the manager suggested that I look for nests. I found two--not where he said to look--and have tried to treat the problem myself. The problem is worse today than when they were hired. Excellent service. Technicians are very nice and do a great job. Owner seems to be a honest and nice guy, was willing to let me skip payment for one service when I lost my job.
Used them for years. Always professional and on time. Owner Paul is very nice.Whatever they use works great.
