We had an excellent experience working with Carl and Brian. We were having an issue with our water heater not producing enough hot water, so we reached out on a Thursday afternoon. Carl got back to me that same day and squeezed us in for a repair the following morning! He worked on the water heater, explaining what he was doing throughout the process. My indirect water heater stopped working on a Sunday night. I went to Value’s website and requested help. I received a phone call within 20 minutes from who I believe was the owner. He told me he could send someone out. Brian , who was the Plummer that was sent to my house showed up on time and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. We needed a part that was only in stock 45 minutes away, and since a winter storm was coming the next day he drove all the way to get the part. I have a 6 month old baby at home... read more
I cannot recommend this company enough! Carl and Brian are very thorough in their work and are upfront with what it will cost to fix. They did a full furnace conversion from oil to propane, new water heater and presser tank job for me and helped me understand what to expect from the Mass Saves program. They showed when they said they would be and let me know what to expect each day. Their communication was amazing for a large job. They have customers for life!
