I would not recommend them to anyone yes they are friendly untill they get paid and they need to come back and fix things and they pull down the negative post so people dont know tbe truth. Looking for a new well made home. Was pleased
We're now at about the one year mark with our manufactured home. We purchased a Titan home, a little pricier but well built and they're in NY state. Titan was very quick and efficient in anything we found that needed fixing, the techs were pleasant and efficient. Jen, Angel and Carrie were fantastic to work with. We had challenges due to purchasing during Covid, but Jen handled every detail for us so when the hone was delivered we were ready to go, in spite of major snowstorms.
