Had Nathaniel stop today to fix my broken garage system. He actually help me upgrade from the TMS plus system to a torsion system. Although it wasn’t in my budget, he gave me a good offer with a new system that is easier to maintain. Also, showed me how to do regular maintenance on the new. And I have a five year warranty on it.
The person I talked to on the phone was great! She was pleasant to talk to and had me scheduled for service that day! Jeff who came out for the repair was also great! Knew exactly what was needed and had the parts on his van. He took the time to look over all the moving parts and not just what broke, and only sold me on parts needed and made suggestions on worn or wearing parts. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again
Outstanding customer service! From scheduling to completion, every touch with this company was professional and courteous. Nothanyell was highly knowledgeable and skilled in the area of garage doors, explaining things very well, determining why the door had failed, and providing three options to fix it. Had it fixed in 2-3 hours, and the door is like new. I would recommend Nothanyell and his company for anything garage doors and will be using them again!
