Thank you! The technician who came out this morning was exceptional. He took one look at our garage door and knew what the problem was. He gave us an estimate, and we were fine with it and told my husband he would be done in an hour. He was done I an hour, and the door works beautifully. Best $1300.00 spent. Great experience overall. Nothanyell showed up right on time and was super friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated how patient and understanding he was when I wanted to get a few more quotes before deciding. When I called him back later, he was still able to fit me in that same afternoon. He did an awesome job—my garage door is gliding like butter now.

Jeff Wedmore arrived on time and completed the repairs needed. He pointed out additional maintenance items needed and potential failures. In particular, the internal spring system that was originally installed was beginning to fail. We had Jeff replace them with the conventional, more reliable torsion spring system. Overall, we're very satisfied with the service.

We would highly recommend this company. Our garage door spring had broken and we called Value Garage Door Service and they arrived at our house within 20 minutes. Jeff had our garage door up and running within an hour. Jeff was very thoughtful and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. Plus their pricing is very reasonable. Value Garage Door Service provided a very detailed response to a question regarding a price estimate for a garage door spring replacement. Surprisingly, not a lot of companies are willing to do that. When they were invited to provide a quote, the service technician (Nothanyell) explained the options well and he subsequently performed the repair quickly and we are pleased with the result. The repair includes a 5 year warranty on the spring and labor.
