WE WERE INCORPORATED IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND IN 1960. THE BUSINESS FIRST ONLY SOLD FLOWERS AND PUSH MOWERS, WE DID NOT SELL OUR FIRST CUB CADET UNTIL 1964 AND HAVE BEEN GOING STRONG EVER SINCE, AND IN 1983 WE SOLD MORE CUB CADET LAWN TRACTORS THEN ANY OTHER DEALER IN THE NATION. We have used Value Equipment for our lawn mower and snow blower repairs for at least 10 years. Service has generally been timely and thorough. There has been a delay but not the end of the world type delay. We continue to support them.
I award one star for Better Business A+ rating & lack of complaints from others, BUT avoid this company unless you don't mind: being told a different story every time you check status, being promised calls that never come (on one occasion because "he forgot"), being told that pick-up & delivery depend on one recovering employee's availability, lacking access via voice mail, & having a phone discussion terminated supposedly because "angry people" are not to be tolerated.
